Answers change every week. A short routine after each recap email beats a long audit every quarter.
Read the number (2 minutes)
Open the recap email or the overview. Look at the mention rate and its eight-week trend. Do not react to one week. React to three weeks in the same direction.
Read two answers that missed you (5 minutes)
Open Answers and filter the ones that do not name you. Note who they name and which sources they cite.
Check the bots (1 minute)
If a bot drops to zero, run the technical checklist before anything else.
Ship one action (20 minutes)
Open Actions and take the first one. Send the listing email, change the title, or start the page. Mark it done when it is live.
Check the results (2 minutes)
Look at the Done section. Keep what works. If a type of change keeps failing, stop doing it.
