Every other line is a summary that opens in place. ## Mention rate The share of this week's AI answers that name your site. Below it: the change from last week and an eight-week trend. - Read the trend, not one week. Answers are [samples](/docs/data#ai-answers), so a few points up or down is normal. - The rate only means something for your questions. Ten questions about a market you do not serve give a low rate that does not matter. See [Write good questions](/docs/improve/questions). - Compare runs with the same questions. When you change questions, the new ones count from the next collection. ## Status line One line shows the state of this week's collection: in progress, done, delayed or blocked by the plan. It always offers the one action that fixes the state. ## Answers The most recent answers Sommet collected. Open one to read the full text, the brands it names and the URLs it cites. Read the answers that **miss** you first. They tell you who the assistant recommends instead and which sources it trusts. Every count of answers on the overview is a link: "Your site cited in 4/40", a source's answers, a brand's answers, a ChatGPT or Gemini share. It opens the **Answers** page on exactly those answers. ## Answers page Every answer of every week, newest week first. Filter by whether the answer cites your site, whether it names you, the assistant, the week, or words of the question. The filters live in the page address, so you can share a filtered list. ## Brands The brands assistants name in your answers, with your rank. "You rank #3" means two brands are named more often than you. Use it to answer two questions: - **Who does the assistant think your competitors are?** It is often not the list your sales team uses. - **Who wins the answers that miss you?** Open their sources next. ## Sources The domains and pages assistants cite. "Your site cited in 4/40" means 4 of 40 answers link to your domain. - **Your own pages** that get cited show what assistants trust. Keep them up to date. - **Third-party pages** cited next to your competitors are the best places to be listed. Add a question in the field at the end of the list. ## AI bots Visits from ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and other AI bots over 30 days. An answer can name you without a link, or link to your site without naming you as a recommendation. :::
